Terms of Service — Fools Gold Booking

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fools Gold Booking ("we", "us", "our"), a booking platform for barbershops, salons, and related businesses ("Shops"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Your data and your clients

If you operate a Shop, the client data you upload, import, or collect through the service (names, contact details, appointment history, notes) belongs to you. We act as a processor on your behalf and only use that data to provide the service to you, your staff, and your clients (for example, to send confirmation and reminder messages).

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store your clients' information and for complying with privacy laws that apply to you (including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regulations).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate anti-spam laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Shops' data or to our infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without written permission.

5. Payments and trials

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice. Trials and refunds are offered at our discretion. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or if required by law. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted from our active systems.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
